Promotion: 6 Months Free Eftpos Terminal Device Services

This promotion is available only to new and existing Eftpos New Zealand (‘’Promotor’’) customers for any of the following Eftpos services on a 36-month subscription basis (i) a new terminal device rental; (“New Services”) and must follow the below eligibility criteria for this promotion.

 By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 You must have:

• Applied for the New Services using the Take a Break On Us campaign form at “https://engage.eftpos.co.nz/takeabreakeftpos”; and
• Agreed in writing to the New Services no later than 12th of May 2022 and the commencement date for the New Services to be no later than 3rd June 2022; or

Please note:

• Upgrades, swap outs and renewals of existing subscriptions are not eligible for this promotion.
• All Eftpos services are supplied under, and are subject to, the terms and conditions contained in the Eftpos NZ Services Agreement.
• Corporate accounts are excluded.

Promotion Eligibility Criteria

Where you have met the Promotion Eligibility Criteria you will receive the following free services for the 6-month period from the commencement of the supply of the New Services, as applicable depending upon the New Services to be provided:

1. New terminal device rental services - free monthly terminal rental.

Additional fees will apply, and these may include per-transaction fees, payment network fees, SIM fees. All your monthly subscription fees will be detailed in your Letter of Offer. This promotion is only available until 11.59pm on May 31, 2022.

Air New Zealand Mystery Breaks^TM Prize Draw

 This draw is available to all new and existing Eftpos New Zealand customers who meet the Draw Eligibility Criteria.

 Draw Eligibility Criteria:

 You must have:

• Have met the Promotion Eligibility Criteria for the 6 Months free Eftpos Terminal Device Service Promotion; or
• Not met the Promotion Eligibility Criteria for the 6 Months Free Eftpos Terminal Device Services Promotion but have been issued a Letter of Offer and Acceptance (“LOO”) between 3 February 2022 and 31 May 2022 for a 36-month subscription for either (i) a new terminal device rental and the commencement date for the New Services to be no later than 3^rd June 2022.
• Upgrades, swap outs and renewals of existing subscriptions are not eligible for this promotion.
• All Eftpos services are supplied under and are subject to, the terms and conditions contained in the Eftpos NZ Services Agreement.
• Corporate accounts are excluded.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• By participating in this draw, you agree to be bound by these Draw Terms and Conditions.
• The promoter is Eftpos New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”).
• The Draw is open to New Zealand residents only, 18 years and above.
• Entry is limited to 1 per person or business.
• The Draw closes on 31 May 2022 at 11.59pm. Thereafter no further applications will be considered.
• All entrants’ details must be valid and up to date and will be held by the Promoter and may be used for the purpose of this Draw and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
• The winners will be announced on Monday 20 June 2022 across our social media channels (Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram).
• The first three applicants drawn meeting the Eligibility Criteria will be the winners. The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using details available on their Eftpos NZ account.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify any applicant that does not meet the Eligibility Criteria or comply with the Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and the next applicant drawn meeting the Eligibility Criteria and complying with the Terms and Conditions will be the winner.
• If the winner/s cannot be contacted by 1.00pm on Monday 20 June 2022, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and the next applicant/s drawn meeting the Eligibility Criteria will be the winner/s.
• The winners will receive one of three Air New Zealand’s Deluxe Mystery Breaks^TM and the winners must redeem their prize by the expiry dates set inside the Air New Zealand terms and conditions. You can find out more about the prize here.
• The Promoter's decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their business/trading name being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and that the Promoter or promotional partners may use their names and photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.

The Promoter shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Prize

• The three winners will each receive a Deluxe Mystery Break for two nights (Fri-Sun).
• Once Eftpos NZ has contacted the winners, it will be up to the winners to make contact and book the trip dates with Air New Zealand using the vouchers provided.
• The gift voucher will be redeemable for 12 months from the date of purchase by Eftpos New Zealand but the trip may be booked on a date outside of those 12 months.
• As Air New Zealand is the supplier of the Mystery Break voucher/s you will be bound by Air New Zealand’s Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
