What will it cost me?

Your subscription starts from $15 per month, per device, which covers the network connection. You'll also pay a monthly fee for your terminal, an optional SIM fee if you need mobile connectivity, and for any extra features you want switched on. Terminal rental varies by device model and term length. 24/7 support, PCI compliance and software updates are all included.


Merchant services are provided by your own bank, so you keep your existing banking relationship.

What payment methods can I accept?

Accept chip and magstripe (EFTPOS) cards. Your bank can set you up to accept Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay credit/and or contactless payments. Our devices can also accept other payment options including Amex, Winz card, Q card and much more. Plus digital wallets and advanced payment methods, including Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, Alipay+ and WeChat Pay.

Can I integrate my terminal with my POS?

Yes. Our terminals integrate with 700+ POS systems, so your EFTPOS connects to the POS you already use. Plus we can provide an all-in-one EFTPOS and POS solution with on-device POS.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once you have a Verifone merchant number from your bank, we configure your new EFTPOS terminal and deliver your solution to you by courier or it's installed by one of our Field Service reps. Most businesses are up and running in a couple of weeks.

Can I use surcharging?

Yes. Surcharging is legal in New Zealand and available as an optional add-on on all our EFTPOS devices 

What happens if my terminal stops working?
